Diamond-check chiffon. A hem that breaks unevenly.

RUMI holds its structure at a single point: a strapless bandeau, fixed and horizontal, in a black, cream and teal diamond-check chiffon. Below it, the hem breaks asymmetrically, tiered and uneven by design, ending mid-length rather than resolving to a single hemline. Chiffon carries the movement the bandeau withholds — light, layered, unsettled at the edge where the eye expects order. The tension between the fixed bandeau and the fractured hem is the entire construction. It commits to structure at the shoulder, and to disruption everywhere else.
