BLAIR compresses a procession onto a single continuous plane: elephants, horses and figures move across dense sequinning in pink, orange and turquoise against emerald ground. The square neckline sets a fixed horizontal, sleeveless and direct, before the fit-and-flare volume takes over, narrow through the body and releasing outward at the hem. Weight and shine sit low and close, then lift. The mini length keeps the statement contained rather than spread thin. To wear it is to hold a full narrative in a compressed form.
